margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">CONSIDERATO CHE<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">il Consigliere comunale ha diritto al gettone di presenza per ogni Commissione cui partecipa, secondo quanto stabilito dal 2\u00b0 comma dell\u2019art. 82 del TUEL;
